Unicon SA is a construction company that, in 2017, has completed 33 years of activity. The beginnings of this successful company's story take place in 1984, and 1992 is the moment when a handful of dynamic people, headed by engineer Ioan Mihăilescu, has made one of the first large privatizations in the world of romanian mounting construction, the current privately held corporation: S.C.Unicon S.A.
With an inspired management, led by engineer Ioan Mihăilescu, a builder with more than 40 years experience in civil and industrial field, and having an average business figure of over 7 million, SC Unicon S.A. continues to be among the first construction companies on the national market. We realize mainly civil and industrial construction works, rehabilitation, restoration and repair works as well as construction works.

1992 is the birth year of SC Unicon SA, but the company is a former component of the Bucharest Industrial Construction Center - the General Contractor which was privatized.
Over 1000 works completed
The achievements we pride on are numerous. Starting with Pitești Station, the Buildings E4 and B4 from the People's House, the Unirii I and II and The Aviators Metro Stations, and the first KFC Romania (1995), all meant work, dedication and competence.
Extensive projects
We have worked and successfully completed government projects, projects with European funds, industrial, urban and residential projects.
